Transmille is continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation, and we have put plans in place to ensure that we can continue offering the same great service through this difficult period.
We have enabled our front office staff to work from home with full access to our internal systems and phone lines. Phone calls and emails will be answered without disruption as our business hours remain the same.
We have also adjusted our collection/delivery service and goods handling process to minimise risks to both staff members and customers while continuing this service. Full details are available via email at your request.
Our laboratory and production are currently operating at full staffing levels, with very little impact upon our calibration turnaround time. New orders are continuing to ship daily to customers around the globe. However, we do not control shipping and any safety/precautionary measures that might be taken by freight companies in the future that could cause delays during shipment is out of our control.
Transmille will provide updates on operations when applicable, pending guidelines issued by the UK Government.
