Our laboratory uses precision techniques applicable to the type of work being performed.

Measurement of Voltage References is performed via intercomparison against our in house Voltage Standards which are calibrated at NPL (https://www.npl.co.uk/) for traceability directly to National Standards.

From this point, we disseminate the Volt through the use of precision dividers and long scale multimeters for both measurement and sourcing of voltages between 0V and ± 1kV.

For high voltages, we have developed a high voltage resistive divider along side a monitored high voltage supply in combination with voltage probes to enable both measurement and sourcing of high voltage

Our primary voltage uncertainty at 10V is is ±0.65 ppm.

Voltages up to 40 kV are measured using specialist resistive dividers designed and built in-house.
