Option SCP250
An advanced oscilloscope calibration option, adding the ability to calibrate oscilloscopes to your multiproduct calibrator.
Waveforms for amplitude, timebase, rise time and bandwidth are provided, with outputs up to 300V pk-pk.
SCP250 enables calibration of oscilloscopes up to 250 MHz.
