Transmille offer 17025 Accredited Resistance calibration from 100 uOhm to 1 TOhm, with a wide capability with uncertainties lower than 1 ppm

Low Resistance (100 uΩ to 100 kΩ)

Transmille uses a Measurements International 6010D Bridge with a 100A Range Extender to perform ratio measurements against our Primary Standard Resistors which are calibrated at NPL.

This allows us to offer uncertainties below 1 ppm across a wide range of measurements.

Resistors can be calibrated in Oil or Free Air at the customer requested temperatures at a wide range of currents (Maximum 100A, minimum 10 uA)

High Resistance (100 kΩ to 1 TΩ)

Using an 8104 Multimeter in conjunction with our standard resistors, we can perform high value resistance measurement at voltages from 10V to 300V up to 1 TΩ
